Enacted in July 2010, The U.S. healthcare reform (“ObamaCare” or the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”) is intended to pressure large and small employers through force and taxation. The result will show companies deciding to send customer support, sales, lead generation and appointment setting jobs offshore or risk going out of business. U.S companies can take advantage of a dedicated bilingual employee who is 100% committed to their project. ESL nearshore employees in Costa Rica are just as or more effective than transitional in-house employees. In addition, giving the business the freedom to scale up their offshore staff strength without getting caught in the Obamacare challenge in 2014.

I agree with Jennifer. I think most companies use customer services from foreign companies. I called customer services recently regarding a product I purchased and unfortunately I couldn't understand a word. Nancy with the this India accent was no help whatsoever.

There is so mnay times where you will be talking and whoever is listening is not paying attention whatsoever! And it so frustrating to have to repeat yourself because someone was to busy texting or watching TV!

In movies today, they are showing people texting more and more. Older movies showed people talking on the phone, and now when people are talking it focuses in on the phone and shows wat the texted someone else. It seems like it would be alot easier to just have to the actors say it instead of having the audience read all these text messages.

I agree Sara Lightfoot. It is the duty of a teacher to take students to a knew level of thinking. To enable us to see all sides of situations outside of our own way. It is especially important for Americans to learn this skill because America is a melting pot filled with various races and cultures. The sad part is, there are many teachers who do not care to teach us this skill.

I understand that the news media is a business and they have to make sure that they maintain sufficient sales, but I do not think they should fire journalists. I feel we need seasoned journalists to get the most accurate and well written stories possible. Instead of firing the seasoned writers, they should train them on what they expect.
