Bill George on meditation

I totally agree with Mr. Bill George. Meditation is a common practice to re energize the body and mind. It can also give you clarity of thought. On iTunes I subscribe to a wonderful meditation podcast(themeditationpodcast.com). When I do meditate,I notice a huge difference in my behavior I am more relaxed and I stay on track getting tasks done faster. I don't know to many people that do meditate let alone have time to meditate. But they are missing out on how much it benefits your body and soul.
