Good advice. I especially like the last one and how it states that your best will change. Its a good thing to take note of. I think if your sick, you shouldnt hold up the stardard of if you were healthy.

These statements are not only a learning tool for communication, they are philosophical. Most of us within our social groups get in the habit of gossip. Gossip is something to avoid.

Thr four agreements go hand in hand with the cowboy code of ethics. We have adopted the cowboy code as part of our company's new hire orientation and annual ethics training. If the four agreements are applied to the code, it seems as though life would get very simple and people would be much more understanding of each other.
The Code:
1. Live each day with courage.
2. Take pride in your work.
3. Always finish what you start.
4. Do what has to be done.
5. Be tough, but fair.
6. When you make a promise, keep it.
7. Ride for the brand.
8. Talk less and say more.
9. Remember that some things aren't for sale.
10. Know where to draw the line.
