Women left out of committee decision discusion on birth control

We almost couldn’t believe it.  Today, at a House Oversight Committee hearing, House Republicans convened a panel on denying access to birth control converge with five men and no women.  As my colleague Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney asked, where are the women?

I agree! Birth control is for women why are men deciding everything. There should at the very least be just as many women as there are men.

It's a Republican man macho thing.

I don't agree that women should have the only say. Men are affected by births as well, but it is ridiculous that there were no women at all. When voting I think it should be as equal as possible along men and women on any subject, but especially birth control.

I agree that women should be involved, I believe men should have some say but not nearly as much as women. Women are ultimately the ones that it effects the most.

Committee hearing about birth control and no women? That just makes me laugh. What happen to them? Did they not know it was going down? Either way they should have had a say in it. Don't worry though, the men took care of it.

Ummm, last I checked it was the women who took the birth control with horrible mood swings, decrease in libido, increase in cronic migraines, mental frustration, depression, etc. Thats like women controlling mens rights when i comes to getting a vasectomy.
