In a corporate world, the CEO looks at the company's success with a straight line, the CEO has no idea what lower or middle management goes through. The front line supervisors sees the right side of this picture. They have to figure out "how can we make this successful."

hahah I love this! it's so true just for life in general and in companies. No one ever has a straight positive incline. There are always bumps in the road and it's nice to be reminded.

This is great because this is actually what it is. people think that success comes so easily but just looking at what i want to do later in my life as a carrer(golf) it is such a hard road to make it through and you fail so many times in order to get some where.

Awesome! I completely believe in this. Success takes hard work, some failure but to learn from those failures. Just think how many wedgies Bill Gates got before he started Microsoft!

Right? Success isn't just a straight incline up. Hard work is the key to success, having bumps and challenges to face on your way up. We all can get there if we keep working hard for the things we want in life.

I think this works for life also. Many people try to plan out their life, but it never seems to work out that way. If people really try to stick to that plan they miss the tangents that life could take them on and actually could be less happy than if they had gone with the flow.
