I found this article to be funny as I was once a dog owner. I often had conflicting ideas with my roommates on my dogs house privileges. i treated her like a spoiled child and she was allowed to roam free in the house when no one was around to say otherwise.

I found this article hilarious. Although I only allowed the dog to step 4. Later on I found that my roommate allowed her to step 10 o.O Wow was I angry.

We lost our 12 year old Lab in October so I loved this...we miss her so much still. Dogs are such a part of the family & should be spoiled.

Hahaha, it seems like this is always the progression of a dog's privileges.

I believe I've mentioned in other comments that we have two dogs and these rules certainly does sound like my home. My dogs are always being given mixed commands because my mom spoils them so much and I try my best to discipline them. So, they pretty much do what they want as long as "mama dearest" says its okay. Spoiled pupps.

This is so cute and true, you set one rule but with their adorableness you give in more and more to rules haha

Yes, this is very true! Once we got our dog we did not let him anywhere near our furniture or certain rooms. We've had our dog for about a year now and he does whatever he wants. Nobody can tell him no! haha

I made my wife read this one. The dog sleeps in her dog crate. Only when we go to bed. Only if I get up and put her in her crate. The dog takes up alot of room.
