Haha isn't that the truth! A "man's" best friend, you can't hate them for too long.

Psychologist's are like dogs, but at least you do not have to pay a dog.

Haha!! Dogs are like diaries. You can tell them anything and everything and not have to worry about anyone finding out. And they definitely won't judge you. Which is always a plus

One of the easiest ways to instantly feel better is sit down next to your closes canine companion, brake down, and know that no matter what you have done in the past, present or what you could do in the future is ever going to change how they will look at you. Dogs have very primal needs. All you need to do is take care of them and show them affection and they will love you for as long as they are alive. Psychologist have the same intentions as the dog in this cartoon, they just accomplish that goal in very different manor.

They do say that dogs are great for reducing stress and helping you live longer. Dogs are great companions and really do make you happy.

This is so true! I can't help but become a sucker for those puppy eyes and wagging tail and of course I forget about what I'm upset about for while.

This is very true, my dogs are happy to me see every time they do (unlike people ha). Dogs are a great stress reliever and a good way to stay in shape if you take them walking or running.

They say that people who have dogs or animals live longer and are happier. I think dogs are great companions. They love you right or wrong and have a way of making you feel better.

I love this picture. There is nothing better than coming home to something that is going to love you and give so much affection no matter what. A dog is truely man's best friend. They're always there for you.

This cartoon holds true to the fact that pets are the best therapy. Your dog can sense when you are down and are right there next you to "listen". Pets are brought to senior centers, hospices and hospitals for that they bring joy to people. Ive heard people with pets live longer.

When I had my cats when I was prego, they were my best friends. They would sit or lay with me all day whether I was crying to laughing or sleeping, they were there with me. And I really dont know if I could have made it through without them... I miss them sooo much!

What I would really like to see is a cat cartoon version of this. I am the proud mother of two dogs a Lhasa and a Black Lab. Everyday, my great big dog gives me hugs, I mean he literally stands up and puts his ginormo paws on my shoulders while standing on his hind legs (he's a big lab about 5'2 when standing) and boy does he give good hugs. As a rescue dog he has been to the shelter 3 times and been given up by more families

I am not a pet person. However, the only people that I consult, when I need to feel good about myself, are people with pets. Maybe it’s because when their pets choose to sit in my lap, instead of all the other laps in the room, it makes me feel special which makes me feel good about myself again!

I just love this picture. All pets can make such an impact on your life in a postive way and they do not even know. The best part you do not have to pay them $50 an hour just return the love.

This would be right before my giant Shepard sticks her enormous foot in the water dish and leaves a wet trail in the kitchen that I do not see and completely eat tile and curse her repeatedly. Sweet dog though... I still think she does it on purpose.
