Can you believe that I have never watched THE GODFATHER? No, I have not watched that movie. Once I had the game on my PSP, but I didn't even finish it because I exchanged it with a friend.

Every time I try to watch that movie something does not allows me to do it. Maybe I should rent or buy it so I could finally see it.

100 best movies of all times! I‘m not much of a movie, buff but I assume as time goes on the list would become intergrated with more recent films. I know the classics hold, but wow this list is old. I was happy to see my favorit movie Lord of The Rings, fellowship of the ring on the list. It was the ONLY movie from this milinium! I know many movies are replications but we’re a decade into the new millennium and only 1 movie has made it. I need to see the panel of who is voting. I wonder what century they are from? On a side note Toy Story made the cut as #99. Cute. (alee wht 940)

Veronica- I have never been able to watch it either! Something always goes wrong. My friend said he is going to tie me to a chair one weekend and tape my eyelids open if I dont watch it soon. I better not remind him by mentioning this blog!(alee wht 940)

A film has to have staying power beyond being popular at the time. Critical acclaim, large audiences (not box office, viewing years later, innovated advancements (Avatar may end up on the list, the message and impact on society, and the overall impact of the film are all considered. Other AFI lists are internet votes mixed with movie buff input, so pop films or current films do show up sooner on the other lists.

I remembered when the movie Pulp Fiction came out in 1994. It masmerized me from the beginning til the end. From my opinion this was the first movie in the 90's with the trippy scene, then the rest followed, like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in 1998. Thank you for the list, this will keep me busy during the Spring Break.
